The expansive kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, featuring a breakfast area and a formal dining space.

The private pool deck is vast and faces southwest, allowing you to soak up the Florida sunshine for most of the day. Enjoy comfortable seating, a table and chairs under a shaded covered area, and a large pool where you can splash around or relax in the hot tub as the day winds down. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The home’s rear overlooks peaceful wooded conservation land, offering added privacy.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, direct access to the pool deck, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. There are three tastefully decorated queen bedrooms, a room with bunk beds, and an additional kids’ room upstairs with two bunk beds, a play area, and an Xbox console.

High-speed internet is included, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Highlands Reserve is conveniently located near a large Publix supermarket and a variety of restaurants and takeaways. Just off Hwy 27, Disney is only a 20-minute drive away. The highly-regarded Highlands Reserve 18-hole golf course is open to the public year-round.
